Link LifeLine's Good Neighbor # 12106 to your individual Loyalty account and your purchases will credit the organization’s account. It really adds up fast. Call Vivian at 972.522.3166 for more information on how to set up LifeLine as your charity of choice with Tom Thumb.

Kroger Community Rewards
You must have a Kroger's Reward Card in order to link LifeLine for Families as your preferred charity. Log onto www.kroger.com and go to My Account, then Community Rewards. Scroll up to find the "Find an Organization" search bar and either type in "LifeLine for Families" or our code: YJ931.
